Anti-Planking Act of 2011

I am not a fan of Planking. But this is the stupidest law ever. Whoever elected the congressman who proposed this Act, woe to you. You deserve him.

We waste taxpayers money on this shit. Besides, isn’t this against freedom of speech and expression? 

Paano kung gawin itong performance poetry ng dulaang ROC sa UA&P, makukulong ba ang mga thespians namin?
